Thank you for completing the fire spraying this week. James and Callum did a good job, worked safely and helped minimise nuisance fumes to the office workers next door.
Senior Site Manager | Kier Construction
FML carried out works on Nunnery way for me and you did a great job, Tyler was excellent while pricing the works as the scope kept changing and he re-priced at least 3 times for us without any complaint, John Lord was our contact for on-site works which were carried out with no issues. John even came in himself on a weekend to clean a floor slab for us when someone knocked over one of your paint tins.
Cost wise you valued engineered the top seal to one coat which provided us with a cost saving.
I will definitely recommend FML for future works.

Just a quick note to say thank you and show my appreciation for Gavin’s and the lad’s efforts in 102 over the last week to help us achieve our air test. I don’t believe that we could’ve achieved a pass without their thoroughness and commitment over the weekend and the days leading up to the test. Just to add to this building control were very complimentary regards to the standard of work on their last visit.

I wanted to take this opportunity (whilst it was still fresh in my mind) to inform you of the performance of one of your employees.
I had the pleasure of working with Carl Humphreys over the last two days at Sheffield University in the student accommodation. I was carrying out validations on the areas that FML had been working.
Carl was courteous, professional and knowledgeable and clearly knew his role.
Fire Safety Consultant
I wish to congratulate Gavin Hill on the outstanding level of service and professionalism that he has provided me at the Trust in the past week.
He has, at very short notice, undertaken a range of tasks at both Shrewsbury and Telford sites and has done a marvellous job of managing different priorities which have resulted in a direct reduction in fire risk in certain areas within a very short timeframe.
Gavin has also taken the time to explain different firestopping solutions with many stakeholders- at times repeating himself to ensure understanding and a best way forward us adopted.
I am pleased to confirm that MOJ and the Establishment accepted handover of the new Houseblock and Weights building COB yesterday, 17th December 2014. Your hard work and commitment to helping LLC achieve this milestone is acknowledged and appreciated.
